Qualified Accounts person needed.
Experienced in Excel & Express software.
We are a small hotel & restaurant (22rooms) in Kamala and We are looking for an internal accounts person with accounting experience. If you are experienced in the hotel/restaurant industry it would be preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities include

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable

Online lodgement of VAT/Social Security and P.N.D payments

Monthly salaries report
Monthly sales/income & expenses report.


Preparation of paperwork for half yearly and yearly tax lodgement.

Experience essential.


Other responsibilities.(experience preferred but training can be given)
preparation of paperwork local Or Bor Tor for room & food licence.
Preparation of paperwork for Labour Office for work permits.
Preparation of paperwork for Imigartion department for annual visa renewals.

This is a Key position within the company that requires a person that has full knowledge of accounting practices in thailand.

*The ideal person should be able to speak basic English*

Salary/package
•Salary THB15,000-22,000 depending on experience

•Annual bonus

Work hours Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm
Saturday 9am-4pm
