Are you passionate about real estate and ready to take on an exciting role in one of Thailand’s vibrant cities? A real estate property company is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Resident Coordinator in Phuket (2 positions).
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct property searches according to the Company requirements
· Collaborate with sellers, buyers and local agents
· Assist clients in negotiating the purchase price, terms, and conditions of the sale.
· Conduct property visits and arrange inspections for buyers
· Manage paperwork associated with the sale/agreements, including purchase/ lease agreements, etc
· Coordinate with attorneys,and other professionals involved in the transaction.
Ideal Candidate:
· Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Thai
· Reliability: Trustworthy, well-disciplined, and proactive
· Transport: Able to drive a vehicle
· Experience: Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus but is not required
· Fresh graduates can apply
· Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills.
