Phuket Romance (www.phuketromance.com) is the first wedding platform exclusively dedicated to Phuket. We help international couples plan their dream wedding by curating the best venues and vendors, and negotiating the best deals for them. For some couples we are also in charge of the full wedding planning journey. Moreover, we are developing collaborations with partner companies across Asia (China, Japan, Mongolia) to expand our reach.

We launched Phuket Romance just a few months ago and our customer base is growing fast. Thus, we are preparing to make our first full-time experienced hire. We are looking for someone that is capable and excited to play a dual role, i.e.:

* Manage independently, with the support of our team, wedding planning projects for international couples in Phuket. Typical weddings have a budget of THB 1.5 mln and include ~50 guests

* Lead and support new initiatives to grow the business, such as: onboarding new venues and vendors, developing partnerships with partners abroad, designing new wedding service packages for new customer segments, and much more. We are an ambitious start-up and every month there will be some new ideas and experiments to run

Must have:
* Previous successful experience as a wedding planner
* Strong desire to be involved in all aspects of growing a new business
* Able to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
* Thai citizen or Thai work permit holder
* Based in Phuket, or willing to move here soon

Bonus points:
* Mandarin language skills
* Experience in managing social media campaigns
