Location: Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach, Phuket
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Russian market for our Thailand Property Investment Condotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, specifically in Phuket, and possess strong communication skills in both Russian and English. This role also involves recruiting and supporting new agents, providing professional advice on agency agreements, and driving sales success through agent development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with potential clients and promote property investment opportunities.
• Recruit and train new agents, providing expert advice on agency agreements.
• Achieve sales targets with excellent selling skills and expand the agent network.
• Oversee sales tools and support agents with necessary resources.
• Manage all sales-related paperwork efficiently.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience in property sales in Phuket.
• Fluency in Russian and English is a plus, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canvas.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
