Job Title: Lead Accountant with Xero Expertise (Proficiency in Online Software Required)

Qualifications
Proven experience as an accountant, with strong proficiency in Xero and other online accounting tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile accounts using Xero with full proficiency, ensuring accuracy in all financial records
- Utilize online accounting tools and software efficiently to handle financial reporting, invoicing, and expense management
- Oversee the integration of e-commerce platforms like Shopify into Xero (experience with Cinder is a bonus)
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of sales and inventory, resolving any discrepancies between systems
- Provide solutions to improve and streamline financial processes through effective use of online tools and software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and sales
- Conduct audits and reviews of financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to financial software integrations, ensuring seamless workflows.
