Creative Designer
-Create compelling designs for various platforms, including digital (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print (brochures, flyers, packaging).
-Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging guidelines.
-Develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
-Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with business goals and project timelines.
-Design and edit graphics, animations, and videos for digital campaigns and presentations.
-Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in a similar design role.
-Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
-Strong ability to conceptualize and execute unique and engaging designs.
-Meticulous and thorough in reviewing work for quality and alignment with brand standards.
-Ability to pivot between projects and adapt designs to suit different platforms and target audiences.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively.
-A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
