Responsibilities:
- Check in and check out customers at various properties
- Maintain communication with customers
- Assist customers in cases of emergencies
- Provide regular report on customers feedback, inquiries and suggestions
Requirements:
- Thai citizen, female, 22 - 35 years old
- Responsible, flexible, stress-resistant and open-minded
- Spoken and proper written English
- Good skills in office computer-related tasks
- Car driving license is good but not necessary
- Resident of Kathu, Wichit, Chalong or nearby areas
Benefits:
- Starting salary 20,000 THB (without experience) and 24,000THB with experience for probation period. After 3 month increase every month to 30,000THB depend on skills.
- Structured bonus plan (monthly)

- Official employment with social security coverage.
Job overview:
This job involves
- Driving around different areas of Phuket
- Meeting foreign customers and providing basic assistance along check in and check out
- Communication by phone with foreign customers and Thai employees
- Updating task status upon completion in company IT system using smartphone or notebook.
- Completing different office tasks related to guest relations management.
