LAWYER IN PHUKET (CORPORATE, PROPERTY) : 1 POSITION
VISA CONSULTANT IN PHUKET : 2 POSITIONS

Lawyer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from reputable educational institutions with excellent academic background
- Lawyer License & Notarial services license required
- Knowledgeable in the Thai corporate & property law
- Strong command of the English language
- Must have full working rights in Thailand
- At least 3+ years experience delivering corporate legal services, including company due diligence, company registration, registration under US-Thai Treaty of Amity, FBL and BOI applications, amendment of company details, and obtention of licenses
Strong command of the English language
- Passionate about working within a diverse and international team environment
- Competent, high responsible and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation skills

Visa Consultant Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferably with 2 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position.
- Possesses basic knowledge of visa applications, type of visas
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

Visa Consultant Job Scopes :
- Required Document review
- Determine Eligibility for Visa Applicants
- Prepare & Submitting Application to BOI/Government Offices
- Correspond with Government agents
- Arrange Visa Issuances
- Accompany Client to BOI/Government Offices to collect their visa
