Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, with a specialized focus on accounting for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). The ideal candidate must hold an active CPA license and possess strong knowledge of REIT accounting standards and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing activities.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of REIT-specific financial statements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain strong internal controls and accounting systems in accordance with GAAP and REIT requirements.
Manage financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years working with REITs or real estate funds.
Strong knowledge of REIT structures, compliance, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
