???? Position: Pre-Opening / Launch Operations Manager
Be part of something from the ground up — and help us launch our newest project in Bang Tao, Phuket!

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the pre-opening timeline & team coordination
• Handle licenses & permits (hotel license, fire safety, etc.)
• Recruit key HODs and build operational SOPs
• Set up IT, admin, finance & security systems
• Coordinate pre-launch sales, marketing & PR campaigns
• Lead team training, dry runs, and soft opening
• Support a smooth handover to ongoing operations

Qualifications:
• Experience in hotel or residential pre-opening projects
• Strong project and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of local licensing & compliance
• Fluent in English – other languages are a plus!
