Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing social media initiatives for multi-property clusters is highly desirable.
Experience in directing and collaborating with media agencies is beneficial.
Skills & Competencies:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written command of English.
Creativity & Design: Strong creative acumen with a solid understanding of design principles to create visually appealing content.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, as well as basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Teamwork & Adaptability: A proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Analytical & Organizational: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
