Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Russian Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in Phuket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling villas, building relationships with clients, and establishing and maintaining strong local channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Actively source and engage potential Russian-speaking clients
Present and promote villas and real estate projects
Conduct property viewings and follow-up communications
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth
Channel Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents and partner networks
Develop strategies to drive leads and sales through channels
Provide partners with up-to-date project information and incentives
Organize and participate in channel events, presentations, and networking activities
Requirements:
Native Russian speaker with fluent English
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Phuket or luxury markets
Strong knowledge of the Phuket real estate market and local sales channels
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in channel/partner relationship management is highly preferred
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience dealing with international clients and agents
Familiarity with luxury property marketing and sales strategies
Understanding of local regulations and real estate procedures in Thailand
