Job Opportunity: Hotel Manager – The Mansion Hat Yai

The Mansion Hat Yai is undergoing a complete transformation from the legendary Emperor Hotel into a modern mid-century style hotel. Once fully renovated, our property will feature 88 guest rooms, including 5 Presidential Suites (one per floor) and 66 Superior Rooms as our starting room type.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our reopening and drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are capable of managing diverse functions with multi-skills, without the need for a large team structure.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in hotel management, preferably at a 4–5 star property.

Strong knowledge of operations and F&B management.

Ability to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Flexible mindset: open to both experienced professionals and younger candidates with strong leadership potential.

Hands-on management style with the ability to oversee multiple functions.
