MEP & Infrastructure – Project Engineer
Job Descriptions:
• Coordinate with oversea M&E consultant, Archi & ID Designer, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, Four Seasons Design Team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, documents, pre-tender estimates prior to tender.
• Review consultants’ tender reports and provide input.
• Prepare tender questionnaire for tender interviews.
• Lead M&E and Infrastructure consultants and contractors from project inception until completion.
• Provide input in scheduling, logistic and planning.
• Attend to and resolve all MEP & Infrastructure issues including design, cost, work execution and authority approval, etc.
