MEP & Infrastructure – Project Engineer (contract base – full time)
Budget: THB 80k – 100k

Job Descriptions:
• Coordinate with oversea M&E consultant, Archi & ID Designer, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, Four Seasons Design Team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, documents, pre-tender estimates prior to tender.
• Review consultants’ tender reports and provide input.
• Prepare tender questionnaire for tender interviews.
• Lead M&E and Infrastructure consultants and contractors from project inception until completion.
• Provide input in scheduling, logistic and planning.
• Attend to and resolve all MEP & Infrastructure issues including design, cost, work execution and authority approval, etc.
• Oversee and monitor MEP & Infrastructure works progress to ensure timely work completion.
• Ensure MEP & Infrastructure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, project quality plan and safety requirements.
• Oversee daily site activities.
• To prepare and submit the site bi-weekly & monthly report.
• Monitor and lead process for testing and commissioning and hand over inspections for MEP & Infrastructure works.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
• Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in a similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry.
• Able to propose alternative engineering solution to benefit the project.
• Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English and Thai.
