About the Role

Join the sales team of Wyndham Grand Naiharn Phuket, a luxury 5-star resort in Thailand. We are expanding our reach in the Indian outbound travel market and looking for a passionate sales professional to lead this growth.

What You’ll Do
✔️ Develop sales & marketing strategies for the Indian market
✔️ Build strong partnerships with travel agents, corporates & MICE operators
✔️ Drive bookings and revenue for our Phuket property
✔️ Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events
✔️ Collaborate with our Phuket team and host familiarization trips

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years’ hotel/resort sales experience
• Strong Indian market background with existing network
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Based in India, flexible for frequent travel to Phuket
