Junior Travel Consultant

We are one of Asia’s fastest-growing online golf travel specialists, offering golfers around the world the easiest way to book tee times and golf holidays across Asia. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Junior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers and travel agents with golf holiday enquiries and bookings

Communicate with golf courses, hotels, and transport providers to confirm arrangements

Update booking details and customer information in our system

Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone

Support the reservations team with general administrative and data-entry tasks

Who We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn – experience in travel is not essential

Fluent in Thai and excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and a positive “can-do” attitude

Good computer literacy and confidence with online systems

Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
