1. Sales & Marketing officer
Qualifications:
Age: 25-35y
Nationality: Thai
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in travel, hospitality, or yachting industry is an advantage).
-Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing and social media management.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Thai (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Good negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of the tourism market in Thailand, especially Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi, is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Valid driving license with own car.
Additional Advantage
- Experience in event coordination, partnerships, or sponsorship acquisition.
- Understanding of luxury market trends and customer expectations.
