Hiring: Property Assistant Officer
Apartment rental management company in Phuket is looking for a Property Assistant Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
• Communicate with guests and service contractors
• Inspect apartments before check-in and after check-out
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and minor issues
• Ensure apartments are ready and well-maintained
Work format:
• On-site role (not office-based)
• Workload depends on daily operations and bookings
• Some days are busier, some lighter - flexibility and availability are important
Requirements:
• Own transportation (car or motorbike) - required
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable
• Willingness to work, learn, and grow
• Team player
• Experience is property rentals is a plus, but training is provided
Conditions:
• Salary: 13,000-16,000 THB
• Gasoline allowance
• Social Security
• Training and growth opportunities
