• Villa Butler – 1 position
The Villa Butler is responsible for delivering personalized and seamless guest services to ensure an exceptional stay.
Key duties include greeting guests
- Managing reservations
- Coordinating transportation and activities
- Maintaining the villa’s cleanliness and organization
- Overseeing supplies and ensuring guest preferences are met
- The Butler acts as a liaison between guests and villa staff, maintains safety and security standards, and offers tailored solutions to enhance guest experiences.
The role requires excellent communication, attentiveness, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
