CTL Hospital is looking for a Sales Manager to build partnerships across Phuket’s hospitality, wellness, sports, golf, tourism, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage partnership pipelines across hotels, villas, sports camps, golf courses, clinics, PT centers, schools, corporate HR teams, and rescue networks
• Develop referral systems, QR codes, partner training programs, and co-marketing activities
• Plan and execute offline activations including concierge briefings, sports injury screening days, golf recovery pop-ups, school wellness events, and corporate health days
• Track partner and event leads accurately through CRM systems
• Coordinate with Sales, Reception, ER/Insurance, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless patient handovers
• Prepare weekly and monthly partnership performance reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, event activation, hospitality sales, healthcare marketing, wellness, sports, or tourism
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet partners offsite and manage events end-to-end
• Good command of Thai and English
• CRM, Google Sheets, and basic dashboard skills
• Existing Phuket network is a strong advantage
