Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

Salary 25,000 - 35,000 + Commission
Description
- Assist local and international clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with property owners, clients, and relevant parties throughout the transaction process

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required.
Chinese language proficiency will be cons

Knowledge of the Phuket real estate market is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
