Job Description
1. Open the kitchen, prepare equipment - containers, prepare raw materials and ingredients for cooking well, fresh and ready to use.
2. Cook the assigned food. The taste and quality are according to the company's standards.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Maintain equipment and appliances in a clean, tidy, orderly and safe manner.
4.Control the use of raw materials efficiently and most cost-effectively, reducing loss or leakage.
5. Strictly follow the principles of safe work in the kitchen and hygienic cooking.
6. Assist kitchen team members and restaurant team members in organizing buffet food lines. Making decorations for food plates, food lines or dining tables.
7. Close the kitchen, clean the kitchen together with the kitchen team, help prepare equipment or components for the next morning.
8. Assist the head chef to strictly maintain standards. In matters of food preservation, preservation of raw materials and food in a hygienic manner, is safe for consumers
