Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in construction business as site engineer/quantity surveyor/civil or MEP engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational with multi-task skills.
• Good computer literacy (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good service mind and proactive, flexible with a positive attitude
• Intermediate English. Thai fluent.

Job description:
• Site civil and MEP works supervision, quality and quantity survey, construction works management, office documents.
• Design and shop drawings checking.
• Quotations, BOQs and invoices checking.
• Work with contractors and suppliers in negotiation of prices. Looking for better alternatives
• Provide support to project management in activities and events.
• Organizing works at the existing premises (repair, maintenance).
• Preparation of reports and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
