Layan Green Park Company in Phuket invites to the team an ambitious and successful :

Mechanical Engineer (ME)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing
plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
-Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
-Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
-Assist in the installation of MEP work.
-Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
-Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
-Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
-Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
-Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
-Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
-Male or Female age at least 32 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
-Working knowledge of construction in Hotel or Condominium field.
- At least 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of AC, Sanitary, gas and ventilation systems, procedures and practices.
-Computer literate, Auto CAD.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills to the team.
-Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
-A Professional Engineering license is an advantage.
-Good command of English at least reading and writing.
