Customer Relations Officer (CRO) 2P.
We are expanding and looking for two Customer Relations Officers to join our team to service the daily requirements of our owners, internal clients, and the client operations of our business.

Requirements and Skills

• Effective communication skills with excellent people skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability of multi-tasking.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Real Estate role.
• Must have an enthusiastic attitude, team player and is willing to learn on the job.
• Meticulous and well organized.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Have knowledge of Architecture or Construction would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree is desired (not essential).
