-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields with 3-5 years of work experience.
-Possession of a professional license in architectural control at the professional level, specializing in architectural planning.
-Understanding of the entire workflow from design to construction, with the ability to troubleshoot job-related issues.
-Leadership qualities, high level of responsibility.
-Open to new ideas and innovations.
-Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other design-related programs.
-Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, accept others' opinions, and collaborate with colleagues.
