** Job Description **
1.Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
2.Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
3.Budget Management: Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment (ROI).
4.Ad Creatives and Copywriting: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and engaging copy that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
5.Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-intent keywords relevant to the F&B industry, and utilize them effectively in ad campaigns to increase visibility and reach.
6.Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to evaluate the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns.
7.A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and messaging to optimize campaign performance and achieve better results.
8.Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting options, including demographic targeting, interest targeting, and remarketing, to reach the most relevant audience segments and maximize ad engagement.
9.Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the competitive F&B market.
10.Other relevant tasks as assigned

** Qualification and requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and engaging copy that drive conversions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Able to understand Thai language
- Well written and spoken in English is required
