* Job Description:
1.Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2.Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3.Set specific objectives on social media and digital channels and report on ROI / ROAS
4.Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
5.Oversee and execute social & digital media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
6.Monthly plan and execute social media content posts including copywriting, visual design brief, and post scheduling
7.Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and online sales
8.Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
9.Collaborate with a graphic designer for any digital content needs
10.Coordinate with digital media outsources for any extra project requirement
11.Coordinate with KOL / Influencers for PR purpose
12.Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social & digital channels, design tools, and applications
13.Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
14.Maintain a good image of the brand/company across different social media & digital platforms
15.Create a monthly social & digital media platforms report for further development and improvement proposal
16.Other tasks as assigned

* Qualification and requirements :
- BSc degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration or a relevant field
- At least 5 years professional experience in any Marketing related positions
- Proven work experience as a social media manager, content planner, digital marketing or relevant positions
- Hands on experience in content management
- Familiarity with web design and web content management
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Creative mindset with a go-to attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thai nationality only
- Well written and spoken in English is required
