Job Description

1. attracting agents: personal meetings, cold search, organizing viewings of a finished villa, concluding agency agreements
2. developing relationships with agents: maintaining contacts, personal meetings, organizing open days and business breakfasts
3. work with direct clients and agent clients: viewings, presentations, consulting on the project, conditions and registration of property, closing transactions
4. support for clients who have made a purchase: providing a contract, consulting on property management issues, maintaining a payment schedule and payment options
5. working with partners (schools, marinas, other sites where potential buyers can learn about the project), posting marketing materials, maintaining and developing relationships
6. working with the marketing team to improve the effectiveness of marketing activities
7. maintaining finished villas clean and ready for viewings, monitoring cleaning services and technical staff
8. working with the construction department in case of need for additional repairs and correction of defects when accepting finished villas by the owners
9. reporting to the CEO and investor


Qualification

1. Thai nationality
2. working experience 1-3 years in real estate industry in Thai market
3. English fluently
4. experience in Phuket real estate market is an advantage
5. ready to move and work in Phuket
6. CRM user (Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage


Working conditions

1. fixed salary 40,000 baht
2. +0.5% of the transaction amount upon successful sale (villa price starts from 37.9M THB)
3. work phone and payment for communication
4. car compensation for work trips
