Responsibilities:

1. Developing Revit model and drawings for the interior concept and architectural scope as well
Preparing marketing materials (floor plans, unit plans, diagrams)
2. Assistance in communication with the design contractors or potential suppliers in Thai
3. Researches on local market for the materials
If relocated - site supervision

Requirements:
1. 2-4 years of experience
2. Good to Excellent Skills in Revit (a must), CAD (basic is enough), Adobe packagу
Knowledge of local building codes and/or capacity to find the necessary information in local codes.
3. Technical knowledge and capability to develop details is an advantage
4. At least basic knowledge or ability to research the material market
5. Proactive approach to tasks, initiative, ability to do small researches
6. Good to Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
7. Fluent English
8. Licensed or eligibility to be licensed as an architect or interior designer is an advantage
Education or internship outside of Thailand is an advantage
