Cook Skills and Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Ability to work as a team member
- Follows directions and instructions
- Must have work at least two years of experience as a Cook
- Prior experience to cooking and experience in a related position is an advantage
- Good working knowledge of standard sanitation standards and health codes
- Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and cooking different cuisines
- Serve all food and beverages at the specified times
- Operate other requirements inside and outside the dining area
- Ensure daily knowledge of food to be served, together with the appropriate garnish and precise
proportioning of food
- Maintain the in-house menu as directed by the Head Manager
- Washing-up of of all utensils used in cooking and also dishes used by staff, students and guests
- Monthly deep cleaning of refrigerators
- Clean all aspects of the kitchen area, dining room and store rooms
HR/Admin
Cook JD
- Ensure that all floor and wall surfaces are kept clean as required
- Carry out deep clean in the kitchen cupboards and other kitchen equipment as per company
requirement.
- Maintain competent hygiene and standard policy
- Reports hazards to Head Manager
- Following the proper handling of raw food upon delivery
- Must be able to make menu and be able to assist in purchasing as required
- Submitting request forms for provision
- Helping and assisting in other departments if needed
