Showroom Coordinator – Phuket
Italasia is a well-established retail group with 40 showrooms across Thailand.
We are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join our Phuket showroom, with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and in-store execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring the showroom operates efficiently and in full alignment with company standards.

Key responsibilities include:
• Support B2C and B2B sales activities, assisting walk-in clients and the sales team
• Welcome and assist private walk-in customers, creating a professional, empathetic, and supportive shopping experience
• Propose and sell Italasia’s product portfolio, including wines, spirits, and Illy coffee, using a consultative approach
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships through active listening and service quality
• Ensure availability to work 5 days per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Maintain the showroom in perfect order at all times, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
• Perform daily product refills and ensure displays and shelves are fully stocked
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and basic operational documentation
• Manage and control product movements between warehouse and showroom, ensuring stock accuracy and traceability
• Support and execute in-store events and wine tastings when requested by management
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational guidelines, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with management and internal teams to support smooth daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
