Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket is currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join the team.
The following career opportunity is now available;
Position : Public Area Attendant - Casual
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all hotel public areas.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks on time.
- Respond to emergencies effectively and safely.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
- Assist guests and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and stock levels.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Report major guest complaints to management.
- Support recycling and follow hotel standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- Primary Education or equivalent.
- Some housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, service-minded, and able to work as part of a team.
