Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Respond to incoming email and telephone enquiries and provide appropriate information and assistance.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Promote and arrange Health and Life Insurance products.
• Obtain necessary information from insured persons or involved parties for the purpose of handling and settling claims with insurance carriers.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance companies and relevant parties to ensure smooth handling of enquiries and claims.
• Travel to meet new and existing clients when required.
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the insurance process.
• Handle client issues and enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Male/Female, preferably 28 years old and above.
• Previous experience in Health Insurance is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle issues independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and insurance documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Own car and driving license will be an advantage.
