We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to produce engaging photo and video content for our property development projects and company branding.
The candidate will be responsible for capturing photos and videos of our properties, construction progress, completed projects, architecture, interior design, and company activities. They should be able to independently create, edit, and prepare high-quality visual content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Photography & Videography
• Take high-quality photos and videos of property projects, buildings, construction sites, and completed developments.
• Capture property features, architecture, interior design, facilities, and surrounding areas.
• Create property walkthroughs, project presentations, and promotional videos.
• Take photos and videos of company events, activities, and project milestones.

2. Content Creation & Editing
• Edit photos and videos to create attractive and engaging content.
• Produce short videos, promotional clips, and creative visual materials.
• Develop content showcasing property highlights, project features, and selling points.
• Add music, captions, subtitles, transitions, and other creative elements.
• Prepare visual materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

3. Marketing Support
• Develop creative ideas to promote the company's property projects and brand image.
• Support marketing campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Research creative trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Assist in planning and organizing content production.

4. Project Coordination
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Construction teams to collect project information and arrange content production.
• Visit construction sites, property locations, and showrooms to capture updated photos and videos.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare visual updates for marketing purposes.
• Ensure all content accurately represents the company's projects and follows brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Content Creation, Photography, Videography, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Able to take high-quality photos and videos using a camera, smartphone, or other equipment.
• Proficient in video editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar programs.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to different project sites and property locations.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work are required.
