*การศึกษา: จบการศึกษาในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรี สาการจัดการโรงแรม การท่องเที่ยว หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
*อายุและเพศ: โดยทั่วไปอายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี (เพศหญิง)
*บุคลิกภาพ: บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีกิริยามารยาทสุภาพอ่อนน้อม และแต่งกายเรียบร้อยตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรม
*ทักษะและความสามารถทักษะทางภาษา: สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
*ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และโปรแกรมระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรม (Property Management System) ได้
*ทักษะการสื่อสารและการบริการ: มีใจรักในงานบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และมีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรอง
