Qualifications

2.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese will be considered a strong advantage
3.Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (Phuket experience is an advantage)
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
5.Pleasant personality, service-minded, and highly responsible

Job Description
1.Present project information to potential customers
2.Provide information and advice according to customer requirements
3.Coordinate and close sales to achieve company targets
4.Conduct project and showroom visits with customers
5.Prepare weekly customer feedback and sales achievement reports
6.Support sales and marketing activities, including planning to acquire new customers
7.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships
8.Coordinate with other related departments to ensure smooth operations
9.Perform other tasks as assigned by the company
