Position : F&B supervisor (ประจำแพ เขื่อนเชี่ยวหลาน)
1.Staff management:
- Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters.
- Train and supervise service staff.
- Address internal conflicts among staff.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations.
2.Customer service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Interact with guests and address complaints or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
3..Operations and compliance:
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including kitchens and bars.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock rotation.
Qualifications & Skills
1.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
2.Exp. 2-3 years in Food and Beverage, hospitality or lifestyle industries.
3.Strong analytical, teamwork, collaboration, administrative and organizational skills.
4.Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, cost control, and customer service standards.
5.Good command in English and Thai
6.Good command in Microsoft Office and Google tools a plus.
