Position : Reservation Officer (ยินดีรับนักศีกษาจบใหม่)
- Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded, processed, and confirmed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments, including Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Answering daily phone call and email.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, Thai nationality only.
- Good Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
- Computer skills knowledge & Result Oriented.
- Communication skills and multi-tasker.
- Opened mind and positive mind set.
- Warm welcome new graduated.
