Job Detail

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor and manage workforce and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Report project progress, issues, and updates to site engineers or project managers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
- Check and ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Solve problems and provide immediate solutions when issues arise on-site
- Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and completeness
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
- High vocational certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or related field
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Willingness to work overtime or travel to upcountry sites (if required)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to use basic construction software or reporting tools
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
