Position : Operation Supervisor (เขาสก จ. สุราษฎร์ธานี)
-Responsible for the overall management of the operation
- Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
- Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
- Maintain constant communication with the staff to ensure proper operations
- Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
- Check the rooms and facilities.
- Any other duties assigned.
คุณสมบัติ
1.Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
2.Male/Female, not over 45 years old.
3.Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years in supervisor level
4.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel as well.
5.Good Communication Skill in English.
