Job Detail

1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
2.Professional Engineering License is an advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shopping malls, hotels, commercial buildings, or real estate projects
3.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and Building Management Systems (BMS)
4.Ability to read engineering drawings and troubleshoot technical issues
5.Good contractor management and maintenance planning skills
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
7.Good communication and problem-solving skills
