Responsible for implementing Room Service with In-Room Dining ordering process, device
and menu.
Responsible for implementing High season menu lunch and dinner with new concept.
Responsible for revised cocktail recipe monitoring and control on Food and Beverage cost
with daily cost report from Cost Controller.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management to include sales revenues, covers,
budget and forecast etc.
To lead and guide Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager on
employees training, public relations and sales promotion.
Responsible for implementing and revised F&B Job Description and Standard of Policy
Procedures with training all staff with monitoring.
Responsible for monitoring and control on Food and Beverage cost with daily cost report
from Cost Controller.
Responsible for monitoring on Food and Beverage revenue and implementing to increase
the revenue.
