Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the operations functions of the camp, as per the Organizational chart.
2. Oversee accommodation both in Camp and other.
3. Hold regular briefings and meetings with the Employer.
4. Ensure full compliance to camp operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
5. Handling customer complaints and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
6. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the camp and management.
7. Coordination with other staff, where needed, for the execution of all activities and functions.

Qualifications
1.Male/Female age 30-45 years.
2.Bachelor Degrees in Tourism management or related.
3.Have experience in hotel and be in management level at least 2 years.
4.Good command in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
5.Able to use computer with Microsoft office.
6.Have problem solving skill and be good leader.
7.Able to work under pressure.
8.Good interpersonal with high communicate skill.
