We are seeking an excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable and dynamic Chef De Partie to join our team. Chef de partie need to be able to work under pressure, communicate clearly, show leadership and have excellent time Management.

Essential Responsibility
- Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked correctly.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Manage and train any cook helper or commis working with you.
- Coordinate with external chef/Cloud Kitchen to develop new dishes and menus in accordance with the Brand guidelines and manage purchases of products and food costs.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Organize and manage the workstation, ensuring ingredients are readily available and delivered within the required standards.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies and prepare Purchase requisition.
- Ensure consistency in the dish presentation and taste.
