Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry in Thailand.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the team and clients.
• Strong understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :
• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
• Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
• Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
• Develop and improve Beverage selection following the Brand standard guidelines.
• Be passionate and proud of the services and products delivered.
• Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
• Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
• Interview and hire associates for outlet operations.
• Schedule orientations and job training for outlet associates.
• Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
• Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Push the sales on the retail area.
• Organize special events and entertainment to attract more customers.
• Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
• Assist in cash accounting handling activities and develop expense and revenue daily reports.
