BARTENDER / BARISTA
Essential Responsibilities;
• Continuously engage and assist with team and provide feedback to team and managers to ensure a positive team environment
• Assist as needed with any training or feedback of new employees
• Be passionate and proud of the products and services delivered
• Consistently deliver all products and services at the highest standard
• Consistently and genuinely engage with guests in a timely manner and work to anticipate their needs based on verbal and nonverbal cues
• Actively monitor and maintain speed of service in conjunction with providing excellent guest experiences
• Actively maintain bar cleanliness and display appearances to bar
• Actively maintain bar product usage and par levels in line business levels
• Follows standards T bar cash handling, health & sanitation and safety & security procedures
• Continuously participate in all training and/or activities to further knowledge, understanding and mastery of products, services
• Always report incidents of any nature to management (safety & security hazards, accidents, operational inconsistencies, etc.)

MIXOLOGIST
Essential Responsibilities;
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, all liquor brands, garnishes, contents, preparation methods/time, portion size, presentation and price / Developing new cocktail recipes.
• Monitors and manages the ordering of wine, spirits, bar tools and equipment / Maintain beverage inventories.
• Develop and update cocktail menus in line with latest industry trends / Analyze alcoholic beverage business.
• Have passion to experiment in mixing new drinks / Creates innovative drink concepts for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure outlets meet all company standards, requirements, policies and regulations.
• Provides prompt, courteous service to guests and employees while maintain a friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
• Knowledgeable on hygiene issues / Have a complete understanding of all applicable laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverage.
