We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven Sales Associate (Luxury & Hospitality) to drive high-value sales, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with premium clients and strategic partners.

We need an active "Go-Getter" who is ready to hit the ground running, conduct outdoor sales, actively scout for new target markets, and leverage a strong local network to achieve business objectives while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and hunting for new target client segments, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth individuals.

Conduct field sales activities, client meetings, site visits, and presentations to drive new revenue streams.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with luxury travel agencies, event planners, corporate clients, and key strategic partners.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify untapped luxury hospitality segments.

Qualifications:

Currently based in Phuket or within Thailand with strong local knowledge of the area, key players, and local culture (Applications from candidates outside Thailand will not be considered).

Proven track record with an established network in Phuket and the surrounding region (Luxury Hospitality, Travel, Corporate, or Premium Lifestyle sectors).

Field-ready mindset: Energetic, self-driven, and fully prepared to conduct active outdoor/field sales and market exploration.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a professional, polished image suitable for the luxury sector.


***Proficiency in a third language such as Chinese, Japanese, or Russian is an advantage***
