Job Detail

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
3. Ensure all food and beverage services meet hotel brand standards and operating procedures.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and resolve service issues promptly.
5. Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
6. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper handling of food and beverage items.
7. Assist in controlling operational costs, minimizing wastage, and maximizing revenue.
8. Prepare duty schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team attendance and performance.
9. Conduct on-the-job training and support the development of team members.
10. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are maintained.
11. Monitor daily sales, upselling opportunities, and departmental performance.
12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Eat & Drink Manager.
